Dental Model Resin - A Precision Enabler for Oral Diagnosis & Treatment and Denture Restoration

Dental model resin is a high-precision photocurable resin specially developed for digital oral diagnosis and treatment. Fully compatible with all types of DLP and LCD photocurable 3D printers, it is the optimal alternative to traditional impression plaster. It can accurately replicate the 3D morphology of teeth and oral soft tissues to produce high-fidelity oral models, providing a precise base for the design and fabrication of various denture restorations and orthodontic appliances. It greatly simplifies the workflow of oral diagnosis and denture processing, and improves the precision and production efficiency of restoration fabrication.

Application Process

Specially developed for the full workflow of oral model production and denture processing, dental model resin combines excellent dimensional stability with micron-level molding accuracy. It can be rapidly formed via DLP and LCD photocurable 3D printing technology, restoring the digital oral model obtained by intraoral scanning at a 1:1 ratio. It solves the industry pain points of traditional impression plaster, such as insufficient precision, easy deformation and breakage, cumbersome operation process, and inconvenient storage. It provides a "high-precision, high-efficiency, high-stability" digital model solution for full-scenario diagnosis and treatment including orthodontics, implant restoration, and esthetic restoration.
• Ultra-high Precision Replication, Laying the Core Foundation for Restoration and Treatment
With industry-leading molding accuracy, it can fully reproduce every subtle structure of the digital oral model, achieving deviation-free restoration whether it is the dental fossa and groove, gingival margin, or the fine morphology of the implant site. It guarantees the adaptability and fabrication quality of denture restorations and orthodontic appliances from the source, and fully meets the stringent precision requirements of oral clinical diagnosis and denture processing.

• Stable Physical Properties, Adaptable to Full-Process Processing Requirements
After curing, it has a stable hardness of 85 Shore D, matched with balanced density and viscosity parameters. The molded model is not easy to deform or break, and can directly complete various processing operations such as wax pattern fabrication of restorations and margin trimming on the model. At the same time, the model has a smooth and delicate surface without cumbersome post-processing, which greatly reduces labor and time costs, and can maintain dimensional stability during long-term storage.

• Wide Compatibility, Flexible Coverage for Multi-scenario and Full-category Applications
It covers multi-specification special models. Both DM400 Orange and DM450 Gray are fully compatible with all types of DLP and LCD photocurable 3D printers, which can flexibly meet the needs of different scenarios, including orthodontic model production, fixed/removable denture restoration model production, implant surgery planning models, and oral teaching demonstration models. It can be efficiently adapted to both small dental clinics and large-scale dental laboratories.
