8M Fully Automatic Jewelry 3D Scanner
The fully automatic desktop 3D scanner is a highly integrated fully automatic 3D scanning system developed by our company based on the 3D reconstruction application scenario of desktop fine small workpieces (<100mm). In terms of hardware design, TI-DLP chip and image sensor chip are used for integrated circuit design, which greatly improves communication efficiency and stability and achieves 0.3 second high-speed scanning; in terms of software, workflow-style low-coupling design is adopted to further simplify the user operation process and reduce human-computer interaction. The system supports multiple scans, and group splicing can realize one-click automatic completion of point cloud global registration, denoising and fusion, lossless meshing, data optimization, and automatic generation of STL standard 3D format. It can be imported into mainstream design software, CNC machining systems and 3D printers, and is widely used in 3D digital application scenarios such as 3D auxiliary design of hand-made figures, 3D measurement, detection, and reverse design of fine small workpieces.
