Material Category

White Wax

Material Description

Beechwood is a highly wax-containing light-curing material. Combined with ultra-fast continuous 3D printing technology, it achieves perfect casting results. By leveraging the easy casting property of wax and the excellent light-curing molding characteristics of resin, it meets all the demanding requirements of designers and manufacturers.
Excellent printing reliability
Continuous 3D printing without adhesion force is no longer affected by the material strength, thus allowing the ratio of wax and resin to be unrestricted, enabling each material to exert its own advantages. With less and smaller supports, the printing becomes easier and more reliable.
Absolute surface smoothness
Wax is not only a good casting material but also a excellent surface conditioner. During printing, it can be used as a filling material. During the secondary curing process, it can effectively enhance the texture of the printed product, making the surface smoother and shinier.
Perfect casting success rate
As the temperature rises, the wax first disappears to form honeycomb-like voids, and a small amount of resin will no longer have an effect on the gypsum. It can be cast in a low-temperature furnace along with the wax piece. Alternatively, it can be cast in a high-temperature furnace for better results.
