Material Description

3D printed electroforming wax has excellent adhesion during the process of applying silver paste, and can maintain integrity. During the electroforming process, the wax will not contaminate the electrolyte or affect the uniformity of metal deposition. It has the advantages of high forming accuracy, stable thermal and chemical properties, excellent surface quality, and strong compatibility with the process.
Silver oil has strong adhesion
The material contains special substances. The smooth silver coating does not come off, has strong adhesion and a high yield rate.
Does not absorb water and does not burst
The material has high hardness and good toughness. During the dewaxing process, the shape, size accuracy and surface quality of the electroformed parts are not affected.
Easy wax removal without residue
The material was completely removed, with no residual wax remaining adhering to the inner walls of the electroformed parts or in complex structures (such as grooves and fine holes).
