A dedicated consumable specifically developed for the electroforming process of high-end jewelry - Electroforming Wax GW10T. This product, with its distinctive advantages of "high toughness and resistance to damage, high precision in preserving details, and easy removal with no residue", precisely addresses the industry pain points in the jewelry electroforming process, such as the fragility of wax molds, loss of details, and defects in electroforming. It provides an efficient and stable mold-making solution from digital modeling to electroforming finished products for brands like Zhongda Fu and Xuping Jewelry, as well as more jewelry manufacturing enterprises. This further consolidates the company's technological leadership position in jewelry digital consumables.

As an upgraded version of the electroforming wax product that took one year to develop, GW10T has achieved targeted breakthroughs in formula design and performance optimization: High toughness builds a solid production defense line. Through the innovative combination of wax base and elastic additives, the bending resistance strength of GW10T is 40% higher than that of traditional electroforming wax. After printing, the wax molds, even when facing complex structures such as slender flower wires (diameter 0.1mm) and multi-layer hollowing, can effectively avoid breakage and loss, reducing the wax mold scrap rate from the industry average of 8% to below 2%. High precision restores extreme details. Relying on Totus Tec's precise control of material curing shrinkage rate, the curing shrinkage rate of GW10T is stable at less than 0.25%, and combined with the 4K optical engine of the company's electroforming wax 3D printer, it can clearly reproduce jewelry textures as fine as 0.02mm - whether it's the winding patterns of classical flower wires or the micro-settling structures of modern jewelry, the surface roughness of the printed pieces can reach Ra ≤ 0.5μm, eliminating the need for secondary polishing and directly entering the electroforming process, reducing the mold-making cycle for a single piece of jewelry by 12 hours.

In the core stage of the electroforming process - the adaptability of wax removal and electroforming, the GW10T also demonstrates industry-leading performance: Easy wax removal ensures the quality of electroforming. Its high-purity wax-based components can quickly and completely melt within the wax removal temperature range of 85-95°C, without carbon deposits or residue of impurities. This fundamentally avoids defects such as pinholes and rough spots in the electroformed layer caused by residual wax, raising the qualification rate of K gold, platinum and other precious metal electroformed products to 99.2%. High compatibility enables it to seamlessly collaborate with the entire series of electroforming wax 3D printers from Totus Tec, especially when paired with the "super large platform" model, it can simultaneously print up to 35 + complex wax molds at a time, and the printing speed is 18% higher than that of conventional electroforming wax, meeting the efficiency requirements of jewelry enterprises for large-scale production. Currently, this technology has achieved a stable production capacity of "300 + wax molds per day" in some cooperative factories.

"The development of GW10T has always been centered around the 'customer production pain points'." The director of R&D at Totus Tec stated, "During the product development stage, our team collected a total of 120+ sets of electroforming process data from jewelry enterprises. We conducted over 150 formula adjustments and process tests to address three common problems: 'The thin and long structure wax molds are prone to breakage', 'The micro-details printing is blurry', and 'There are flaws in electroforming after decasting'. Finally, we achieved a balance among 'resilience, precision, and decasting properties'. Currently, GW10T has passed the process verification of leading brands such as Zhou Dafu and Mingpai Jewelry, and has been put into trial use in their high-end product lines including K gold necklaces and platinum bracelets. The feedback shows that the detail reproduction and surface smoothness of the electroformed products have improved by 30% compared to traditional wax molds."

The launch of the electroforming wax GW10T has further enhanced the digital consumables matrix of Totus Tec jewelry. It forms a "trinity" solution together with the company's electroforming wax 3D printers and intelligent layout software. In the future, the company will also set up an application case library for GW10T on its official website, covering scenarios such as complex filigree, micro-set jewelry, and dental precision parts. It will also provide customers with customized services of "material trial + process guidance", helping more jewelry enterprises achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement through consumable upgrades in electroforming processes.
