Application Process
Casting resin can quickly form high-precision wax patterns through 3D printing, eliminating the need for complex manual wax carving and mold turning steps. The printed wax patterns can be directly connected to the traditional lost-wax casting process. After subsequent processes such as wax tree planting, gypsum pouring, gypsum baking, casting, cleaning, and mold polishing, it perfectly reproduces the complex structures and fine textures of jewelry, realizing the seamless integration of digital design and traditional casting processes, greatly shortening the production cycle and improving the quality of finished jewelry.
