SG610 Dental Guide Resin - Precision Navigator for Digital Implant Surgery

SG610 translucent dental guide resin is a high-precision photocurable resin developed exclusively for digital oral implantology. Fully compatible with all DLP and LCD 3D printers, it is the core material for manufacturing dental implant surgical guides. It accurately reproduces the preoperatively designed implant site, angle and depth, and printed guides can directly accept drill sleeves, providing millimeter-level precise guidance for clinical surgeries and significantly improving the safety and success rate of implant procedures.

Application Process

Optimized for the entire digital implant surgery workflow, SG610 dental guide resin combines excellent dimensional stability with micron-level printing accuracy. It can be rapidly formed via DLP or LCD 3D printing technology, replicating surgical guides designed from CBCT and intraoral scanning data at a 1:1 scale. It solves industry pain points of traditional guides such as insufficient accuracy, long production cycles and reliance on manual experience, providing a "high precision + high stability + high adaptability" digital surgical solution for complex cases including single-tooth, multiple-tooth and full-mouth implants.

・Ultra-high Precision Forming, Lays the Foundation for Surgical Accuracy

With industry-leading printing accuracy, it fully reproduces the subtle features of critical structures such as guide holes and positioning surfaces. Printed guides can directly accept standard drill sleeves without additional polishing. Guides manufactured based on registration and reverse engineering technologies far exceed clinical requirements in both registration accuracy and overall dimensional control, ensuring the three-dimensional accuracy of implant placement from the source and effectively reducing surgical error risks.

・Excellent Chemical Resistance, Adapts to Clinical Disinfection Processes

The material has stable chemical properties and will not deform, discolor or degrade after immersion or wiping with various commonly used clinical disinfectants, meeting strict preoperative sterilization requirements. Its translucent property allows surgeons to observe guide fit and surgical site tissue status during the procedure, making operations more intuitive and controllable.

・Stable Mechanical Properties, Ensures Safe Surgical Operations

After curing, it has an ultimate flexural strength of 78MPa and a flexural modulus of 1850MPa, paired with an optimized viscosity of 510mPa·s. The formed guides have sufficient rigidity and are resistant to deformation and fracture, withstanding drilling forces and lateral forces during surgery. This ensures no displacement of guide sleeves, providing doctors with stable and reliable operational support.
