Digital display and intelligent parameter control, eliminating human errors: The equipment is equipped with a 7-inch high-definition touch screen, which supports digital setting and real-time display of key parameters such as temperature (50-90℃), vacuum degree (0-0.1 MPa), wax injection pressure (0.1-0.6 MPa), and holding time (0-30s). The accuracy is ±1℃, ±0.002 MPa, and ±0.01 MPa respectively. It completely replaces the manual knob adjustment of traditional wax injection machines, avoiding problems such as uneven wax mold thickness and missing materials at the edges caused by human judgment deviations. The repeatability accuracy of wax injection parameters is improved to 99%.
Wax injection in a vacuum environment, eliminating bubble defects: The built-in high-performance vacuum pump and sealed cavity can quickly remove air from the mold before wax injection, forming a stable vacuum environment. Then, through the gradient pressure wax injection technology, the molten wax material (suitable for Totus Tec GW10T electroforming wax, high-precision green wax, etc. of the entire series of wax materials) is uniformly injected into the mold cavity from the root, eliminating internal bubble and pinhole defects in the wax mold - after measurement, the bubble rate of wax molds prepared by DS-V1 has been reduced from 8% of traditional equipment to below 0.5%, significantly reducing the scrap rate in the subsequent casting process.
Intelligent process empowerment, enhancing batch efficiency: It supports "one-click start wax injection - automatic holding pressure - demolding reminder" full-process automated operation, without the need for manual supervision; at the same time, it is equipped with a multi-mold compatible tray, which can adapt to various jewelry molds with diameters of 50-200mm. It can simultaneously inject wax into up to 4 groups of molds at a time, with a 3-fold increase in efficiency compared to traditional single-mold wax injection machines. For batch production needs, the equipment also supports parameter memory function (able to store 20 sets of commonly used process parameters), and switching products does not require repeated debugging, further shortening the production preparation time.
